Cancellation Policy
By booking a reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Booking Policy Payment & Refunds Full Payment Required: All readings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment plans are available for coaching programs. AfterPay Option: Clients can choose AfterPay at checkout to break their payment into installments. Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the nature of spiritual services, refunds are not offered once a reading or session has been booked. Rescheduling: If an extension is needed on my end, you will be notified promptly and asked to allow an additional 24 hours for completion. No-Show Policy: Since all readings are audio-recorded and delivered to you, there is no risk of missing a session. Once a reading has been completed and sent, no changes, modifications, or refunds will be issued. Coaching Programs: Coaching program payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service if requested within the first 7 days after purchase. Turnaround Time Standard Delivery: All audio-recorded readings will be delivered within 24 hours of booking. Next-Day Requests: If an extension is needed due to energy levels or scheduling conflicts, clients will be notified promptly and asked to allow an additional 24 hours for completion. Priority Service Included: Unlike many readers who charge extra for same-day readings, I prioritize efficiency and quality without additional fees.
